About Me

Hi there!

I’m Jordan Wells, a 34-year-old self-taught cook based in Columbus, Ohio. I wasn’t always this passionate about cooking. In fact, I used to be that person Googling “how to microwave eggs without exploding them” at 2 a.m. But life has a funny way of turning late-night cravings into lifelong passions.

My journey started when I was juggling two jobs and barely had time to eat, let alone cook. Fast food was my go-to. One night, I decided to throw together whatever I had in the fridge. It wasn’t pretty, but it was real, and it was mine. That tiny, slightly burned omelet changed everything. I realized food didn’t have to be complicated. It just had to be comforting, fast, and full of flavor.

My Secret Weapons
Where speed meets satisfaction

These days, I create recipes for people like me. Busy parents, students pulling all-nighters, and anyone who just wants something tasty without spending hours in the kitchen. I focus on high-protein dishes, quick microwave fixes, and air fryer hacks that save time and sanity. No fancy tools, no 20-step processes. Just real food for real life.

What I love most is experimenting. Some recipes are born from happy accidents, like my now-famous microwave mug lasagna. I’m not afraid to share the flops right along with the wins. Cooking, for me, is a journey, not a performance. It’s messy, fun, and deeply satisfying.

Real Food, Real Life
No studio, no filters, just dinner

So, welcome to my kitchen. No judgment here. Just a lot of good food, quick laughs, and maybe a few midnight snacks. Let’s eat.
